From Hawaiian ukulele strummers to Japanese drummers, the
ArtSplash Chalk Art Festival has it all! The Pacific Ocean panorama on Armada
Drive in Carlsbad creates a picture-perfect venue for this free,
family-oriented September 26-27 event … a true community celebration for arts
education.
From dozens of chalk art paintings coming to life on the street to a
masterpiece created on a dirty car, multiple forms of art will be featured,
and that’s no bull. Actually, there will also be a bull, created by artist
Joey Chavez out of recycled shoes.
